THE PROCESS
Remodel/Update
CONTACT: We are sure that you have many questions such as,, “How long will it take, how much will it cost, and can it be done?” Reach out via phone, or through the Contact Us section to discuss your project and schedule your complimentary consultation.
INITIAL CONSULTATION: An initial complimentary consultation in your home will introduce you to our company,answer any questions you may have, and we will look at the space that you wish to transform. As we listen to your needs and goals, we will be able to provide you with a proposed timeline and a budget range for your project. We will also determine an appropriate design fee based on the projected Scope of Work.
RETAIN OUR SERVICES: An acceptance of the design fee will initiate the process of taking your vision and transforming it into a plan. We will work together to formulate an allowance budget and preliminary quote based our discussions. Our project manager will take photographs and detailed measurements of the work space
DESIGN AND PLANNING: Once your design and construction contract have been finalized and signed, we will work with you to determine your material choices for the project. From fixture styles down to paint color, the planning phase will produce a Scope of Work and timeline.
CONSTRUCTION: The final step to completing your project! Your project manager and craftsman will build the design and manage the construction in your home.
SATISFACTION: Enjoy your brand-new space! All remodel and update work completed by The Homeworks Group is backed by a 2-year warranty to give you peace of mind. Your satisfaction with the work performed and the service we provided is our number one priority. Your project may also be selected for photographs and social media features!
Handyman Services
CONTACT: Reach out to us via phone, or by visiting our Contact Us section to discuss your handyman needs. A company representative will review the details of your project, including pricing and timelines. We will then set an appointment for one of our professionals to come out and tackle your “To-Do” list.
DAY OF SERVICE: Our highly qualified handyman will arrive at your home with the tools and materials needed to accomplish most common projects. If additional materials are needed, our handyman will obtain the correct items to complete your specific project.
